Kenneth Volandes has extensive transaction experience that includes the acquisition, sale, financing, and leasing of residential and commercial properties throughout New York City and nationally. His comprehensive client representation includes drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, as well as loan and estate planning documents.

Mr. Volandes represents many prominent developers, property owners, lenders, business owners, investors, first time and repeat buyers of residential property including single family homes, town homes, condominium and cooperative apartments.

Kenneth is a proud product of the New York City public school system, having graduated from the prestigious Bronx High School of Science. He is also an Eagle Scout, President of the PTA at IS 318, and a former President of the St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church in downtown Manhattan.
